El Conde Bartók comic (1967-1968) Mexico City 1 of 2
Count Bartok is a supervillain who appears in Mexican comics. He was created by Rafael Curtberto Navarro for the Kalimán El Hombre Increíble comics by Corporativo Mexicano.
He is a vampire count.
He first appeared in Kalimán's radio soap operas, episode 7. In the comics he appeared in Kalimán, the Incredible Man #12.
He was the antagonist of an adventure known as The Valley of the Vampires.
The character was so popular that Promotora K later launched its own comic strip of Count Bartók where the villain acted only as narrator of various horror stories.
