I came across this pressbook on line and I’ve been unable to find any info anywhere. It was distributed by Valiant Films (who also released The Young One by Luis Buñuel the same year) Searching the names Joseph Harris and Sig Shore also turned up nothing.
Could it be a updated poster for art house-showings of the 1919 pacifist movie "J'accuse" by Abel Gance?

The H-word probably helped bury the movie if anything.
